Our first mow was great but when it came time for the second one we had trouble getting a response. I asked for a Tuesday, it was changed to the Friday after. When inquiring about timing I texted twice with no response until the appointment was cancelled 3 days later. Now my grass is so long I'd be charged more to get it mowed through this app. Very disappointed
