Very disappointed that Cory just canceled my lawn services without informing me. When I sent the text messages asking to confirm his service dates he was unresponsive (which was not normal). Usually whenever I would text him about my lawn service he would respond, so I don't know what happened. He had not shown up in over 3 weeks (I was scheduled for every two weeks). The first week of no shows I thought it was due to rainy weather. But he never showed and kept changing the service dates to reflect later dates on the app. I'm very disappointed and now my yard really needs to be cut! I could have tried to get someone else for service at least two weeks ago had he just given a heads-up that he wasn't coming out to do my lawn anymore...
