David introduced himself to me. He was very polite, but I thought he cut the front yard too short. He said it was 2.5 inches tall. I asked him in future to cut the grass at 3 1/2 to 4 inches. Then he cut the backyard higher. I didn't get his name, but I asked the other gentleman with the weed trimmer to stay away from the fence and the front walk. He didn't understand. David talked to him, but I still feel the weed trimmers cut away too much grass leaving bare dirt along walkways and around the patio, trees and bushes. In April, I planted grass seed in bare areas, including around the patio, in front where a tree had been cut down, and in a shady area in the backyard. I don't like bare dirt areas that turn to mud when it rains, then we get muddy when out in the yard. I have asked Robert to mulch the flower beds and areas that are weedy. Mulch can be added around trees and bushes to cover the mud.

20 years. I worked at 2 different golf courses during college and just after college as an assistant superintendent. I graduated with a degree in geology from Northeastern Illinois university and decided 15 years ago to keep the lawn business going. Here we are today.
Our experience and communication with each customer. I am the owner operator and everything goes through myself before any work is to be performed. It helps eliminate mistakes.
Reliability and trust that company to show up each week or service date. The spring can get crazy so I would try to book service ahead of time and not at the last minute in the spring. We service properties from Mid March to the first week of December weather permitting with spring and fall cleanups. Communication is key and especially if you have an overgrown lawn. We charge more for that. Send a couple pictures to the provider if your lawn is overgrown so we know what to expect when we stop by the first time and that we can give a rough estimate how much more it will cost that first service.
We get to work outside and meet all different types of people everyday. Each property and customer is different and we don’t try to use a one size fits all business model.
We work as far north as Park Ridge, west to Lagrange. We cover Chicago north of 290 and south as far as I55. If we bid on your property then we are in your area.
