Chris was incredibly unreliable. He had a million excuses as to why he would miss an appointment. Literally everytime I would have service scheduled he canceled it and put a note that "the customer cancelled." Sometimes he would come later after I had to message him and then lately he stopped coming at all. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
