Damian has been around landscaping all of his professional career. He came from the fertilization and pesticide industry and would hear all of the complaints from homeowners about their lawn care professionals and how they were always inconsistent and were doing things improperly. After 10 years in the industry, he decided to crossover and try his hand at landscaping. So in 2012, Stultz started Longwing in Largo, Florida.
Stultz has lived in Largo since 1979 and doesn’t plan on going anywhere. "Largo is a perfect place to be," Damian explains. "The beach is only a bike ride away and our weather is constantly above 70 degrees all year around."

Damian has grown his customer base to over 50 recurring homeowners and also has a few industrial properties in the Largo area. He is hoping to double that number this season.
When asked what has led to his growth, Damian immediately says, "Use common sense." He goes on to add, "Take your time when you mow, make sure that the customer is happy, and show up when you are supposed to are what I have done and it seems to work well. Just by taking your time will eliminate the chances for any mistakes and also keep you in the good graces of your customers."

When he is not out keeping his customers happy, he trains dogs for agility courses. He has a blue healer and they do dock diving and all other sorts of activities.
