I hired mr. Loper about 6 years ago and since then he has been my one stop shop.we began with mowing then he fixed a leak on my roof (it was 35 years old he bought me another 2 years to come up with the money for a new roof)which he did also.he built me a pond,he was in midst of completing a job at my home and stopped because my daughter asked him to fix her bike(he did it for free).he also send a christmas card every year this is who you want 100%<br>Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness
