Mowed my yard one time, only took one photo of the front at a distance & the front was already short & likely didn’t need cutting at all. I initially chose them due to added services & good reviews, asked for quotes & ideas on trimming palm trees & adding mulch etc. & was told by Jennifer she’d get me those asap — It’s a 2 unit duplex & I’m away for work but tenants were home. She went to house 1st time & lmk there was some garbage behind the house needed to be picked up 1st & that she had ideas she’d quote. She sent photos & we discussed vis text how the front was very short & that the leaves could be preventing growth & she said she could help with that too, I had my tenant clean garbage up & she came back & mowed but only posted a photo from the front which was already short & no other quotes for services had been provided yet so no other service was completed yet. I asked my tenant to send me photos of back yard when he got home from work, & I had to change my card on the app, it asked me to rate so I rated 5 before seeing the back photos then adding new card & paid. Then around 8pm my tenant sent me photos, much of my backyard is payment & the back yard had several spots where large batches of weeds we’re left uncut through cracks on pavement! Initially I thought she did nothing back there & texted her about it right away. Then I looked closer & realized she left several patches of weeds growing through cracks in pavement but did cut around the sides, so I texted back about that & said we are good but I’ll text tomorrow about it giving her the benefit of the doubt. The next morning she rudely texted me that she “doesn’t appreciate that I texted her late at night” — it was 8pm! I didn’t bother reading the rest of her text, she never gave me quotes, she doesn’t know the difference between weeds growing from cracks in pavement & bushes — I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt until she sent me that obnoxious text at 7am. Then she cancelled me as a customer which I was going to do because of her rude text. Take this info as you will.

Jennifer and her team go above and beyond! I always appreciate when she asks if we want quotes for additional yardwork she recommends. They also separate the mulch bed from the grass every so often using the edge trimmer, keeping maintenance low. Very much appreciated!
