The full lot size is one acre(allegedly) but useable space is much much less than that. I only need service for the usable space, maybe some edging along the grass/bushy areas. Also my dog is mainly indoor, shouldn't be an issue while working.

I would like the front yard and back yard cut low. Please edge the front and back, and properly blow residue on front porch, back porch, and patio. Please be sure the blowing of the grass is thorough and not rushed. Also, please make sure all grass is cut and do not skip over any areas. Thanks.

Front - grass cut, driveway edged, weed eaten & blown clear. Back - 10 ft swing gate that will accommodate the width of any type of mower used. Also for back - two patios, walkways and area beneath the deck stairs that need to be weed eaten & blown clear.
