I understand grass was a little long based on rain but they cut the back way to short leaving a lot of clipping patches and buildup all along the fence.

My backyard didn’t get cut due to there being some dog droppings. I completely understand that being an issue for transferring to other yards, but communication could have been handled much better. I wasn’t given any notice that a crew member was coming (as they’ve done in the past), and they came on an off day, Thursday instead of their usual Friday, even though there was no rain or weather expected. When I reached out, I was told the reason for skipping the yard was the dog poop, and that someone could come back the next day, but I’d be charged full price again. I had already been charged full price for a job that wasn’t completed, so being told I’d have to pay again was frustrating. A simple heads-up like in previous visits and a bit more willingness to work with me to make it right would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has me reconsidering future services
