GreenPal’s latest customer satisfaction data shows lawn care providers earned a 4.83 average rating across 315,555 bookings, with 96.2% of reviews coming in positive over the last 30 days.

GreenPal says customer feedback stayed strong over the last 30 days, with lawn care providers across the platform earning an average rating of 4.83 out of 5 and 96.2% of reviews coming in positive.

The latest numbers are based on 315,555 bookings and 11,400 customer reviews submitted over the last month. Of those reviews, 10,972 were positive, 159 were neutral, and 269 were negative.

Price and demand usually get most of the attention in lawn care, but for homeowners, reliability still matters just as much. People want a provider who shows up, does the job right, and makes them feel good about booking again. Strong ratings across a high volume of bookings suggest that consistency is still one of the biggest reasons customers stay satisfied.

GreenPal also noted that the volume behind the ratings matters. A 4.83 average rating based on a small sample would not say much. But when that score is tied to more than 315,000 bookings and 11,000 reviews in 30 days, it offers a clearer snapshot of how homeowners are feeling about the service they are getting.

What Homeowners Should Know

Even with booking volume running high, customer reviews stayed strong. That matters because busy stretches are usually when service quality gets tested the most. When thousands of jobs are moving through the system, and the feedback still holds up, that’s a pretty good sign that homeowners are getting a dependable experience.

The review breakdown also gives homeowners a better sense of what is normal. No platform handling this much local service activity will have perfect feedback on every job. But when more than 96% of reviews are positive, and only 2.4% are negative, that gives customers a useful benchmark for what overall service quality looks like across the platform.

GreenPall said the latest review data reflects the simple fact that reliability is still one of the clearest ways lawn care providers earn trust. In a service business like this, a strong rating is not just about mowing grass. It usually reflects whether the provider followed through, handled the job professionally, and left the homeowner feeling confident in the result.

"We always see demand pick up when the weather breaks, but some cities really take off faster than others. Nashville made a big move this month, and Atlanta was right behind it. That tells me homeowners are trying to get ahead of the season and lock in service early. In a market where demand is heating up, waiting too long can leave you with fewer solid options."
