This is a small 5 unit condo complex. The building is an L shape and has small grass area in front of the Roger and Wyoming. Please only cut the front of Roger (3 units) and Wyoming (2 units). DO NOT CUT THE PAD AREA OFF THE ALLEY AS WE DO NOT OWN THAT.

I need the front and back mowed and weed eating in the front and back. Im so very grateful and i am almost always home if there is anything you need.. Im a disabled vet and i do try to maintain my yard the best i can and can help if needed. Thankyou
