Do not hire Genisis Landscaping Run by Maynor genisislandscaping68@gmail.com They set the prices and are a bait and switch company. I set up appointment for lawn service. There was great communication as far when they would be coming due to rain. I had no problem with this. My problem is I this. I went through the process of filling out my information on Greenpal website and had option of which company I would choose when prices were shown of the cost of service. When they got here they said the price quoted was just for front yard mowing and not the backyard. Who sets up a mowing service for just front and not back yard. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM.

Great work for the first cut and edging! I completely understand the additional charge due to the condition of the lawn. That said, I'm a little concerned about how we went from a weekly $30 per cut estimate to a bi-weekly $80 per cut charge. That's 1/2 the cuts for nearly 3x the charge, and that doesn't include any work in the back yard.

I am looking for someone that will pick up the lawn after her before mowing please. Just let me know what the cost for that would be. For the 1st service, there are a pile of thin branches that need to be picked up and taken away along one of the fence lines so that you can mow under that area.
