Initially told company not to come due to rain being in the forecast. Needless to say, they insisted on coming out anyways. Gianni LLC performed the job and left lawn clippings all over the sidewalk and driveway. nor did they properly edge. We're not decided yet on if we want to keep this service as of yet. This is the 2nd visit. When I did reach out to the company, Gianni LLC apologized yet did not offer any resolution. We're not sure if we want to keep the service or not.

Darryl was a no show. He was supposed to come on 5/22 but said he couldn’t get through the security gate when he tried to show up at 7:05PM. He then told me he would be here at 2:00PM on 5/23. Instead, he texted me at 2:00PM to cancel. This is extremely unprofessional and very poor customer service.
