We have a fence around the backyard

This is for my elderly parents who are moving into this house. They are looking for lawn care that is reliable and reasonably priced. In not sure how often it will be needed.

Front yard only every two weeks, backyard every four weeks. Two indoor dogs that use backyard intermittently but no doggy door.

Lawn is overdue for a mow with some fast growing weeds over 1ft tall in the back yard. We do have pets and a toddler so some toys may be hidden in the grass. Most of the grass is in the front yard and it’s more manageable and isn’t as bad.

Around 2,500 - 3,000 sq ft based on some estimates of mow able space. I just recently bought the house and it hasn’t been mowed recently.

Front yard has no gate only the back yard. In the back yard is a pool. I have Trees in the back yard and Bushes in the front of the house that will need to be trimmed down nicely but not on the first mow.
