Jasen, after I identified an issue with his service decided to cancel all subsequent bi-weekly mows. I have had to bring up issues on repeated occasions and most mows were not done on the scheduled day. For the most part service was good, I just needed to bring up minor issues, which I guess they too exception with. Very disappointing.
