Semper Fi Services

Semper Fi Services was established in 2010 and currently has a client base of approximately 200 Pinellas County Residents. I operate my business without hired helpers as I have found them costly and unreliable. When you hire Semper Fi, you hire the SAME proven professional to complete your lawn care each and every time. I started working in this industry at the age of ten, and worked doing lawn care for myself through middle and high school. After I departed the Marine Corps in 2010, I went right back into lawn maintenance because I know the ins and outs of this industry and Pinellas County very well. I have top notch commercial equipment and duplications of equipment, and this being the case I rarely have to delay or reschedule service due to mechanical issues. I enjoy setting my own work tempo and schedule vice punching a clock as in corporate America.

Other than being liability insured and trained and certified through Pinellas County to provide landscape maintenance, Semper Fi Services: 1) Provides recurring clients with a service schedule that I work very hard to adhere to. 2) I service with smaller commercial equipment, not oversized, heavy equipment. Do you really want a super heavy, commercial tractor cutting your lawn, potentially damaging your turf and/or property? 3) I always return customer calls, text and emails promptly.4) I always pick up debris and trash before servicing a lawn. 5) I respect all clients' property by identifying and avoiding hazards and obstacles such as sprinkler heads, paver barriers and lawn decorations when working. 6) I service between the hours of 8 am and 6pm and try NOT to work during weekends or major holidays, as nobody prefers to hear lawn equipment operating during non business hours or in and around your backyard gathering or pool party time.

A note for Auto bid clients: DO NOT expect service the same day you order it. Depending on your location and the progression of my work cycle, your requirement will be scheduled with respect to my operations. Auto bid work ordered not in synch with my operations will be requested for the customer to reschedule as advised. All new properties, Auto bid and otherwise, are assessed for appropriate invoicing. Properties with turf in excess of 10 inches in height may be requested to pay a surcharge. Surcharges also apply for work required to clean yards of pet waste, toys, hoses, lawn furniture, solar lights prior to operations. Semper Fi Services reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are not agreeable to fair and reasonable surcharges, to properties extensively overgrown, and to clients who are not responsive to service date changes required to align the work requirement with my pre established routes and work flow progression. 1. I notify my clients of my estimated time of arrival (ETA) prior to service. 2. I take pictures of the front AND back yard post service and send them to my clients. Greenpal only REQUIRES providers to send clients a completed picture of the front yard. 3. I ALWAYS return text and phone calls from my clients. 4. My company is liability insured. 5. My company is registered with Pinellas County as a certified Landscape Best Management Practices provider. 6. Regardless of the metrics Greenpal uses to rate my reliability, I notify my clients 100% of the time when schedule changes are necessary (chiefly due to inclement weather delays). 7. The vast majority of my work is rated 5 stars. 8. I am a United States Marine Corps veteran, and I apply the best of what I learned in military service to my work.
