Yard has a privacy fence around 3/4 of the yard the back is open part way my property goes from the side alley and to the back alley.... the cat that comes around are strays

My lawn is fully fenced with chain link fence. Also i have a dog, so if a window of when you will be here can be provided I can make sure the lawn is picked up and the locks to the gates are unlocked.

Back lawn has a steep incline. The big bush by the sidewalk near the tree in the front lawn needs trimmed down, my neighbor and I have agreed. I just need the yard/jungle knocked down initially and will ultimately want the best lawn on the street

Will need to consult. We really only want the front and side facing the street mowed regularly. The back can be cut once a year just to keep it from getting crazy. We have other basic cleanup needs too (small downed tree limb, etc.)
