Did not finish our yard yesterday. No blowing. Several places were not weeded. He had said he was coming back to blow in a text after I contacted him that the job was not complete. When I got to the warehouse this morning he did not come back & finish the job as he indicated in a text. But he did go on Greenpal & say it was completed to get paid. This should not have been done until he came back & completely finished the job. We are letting him go & will find someone else. We paid him $25 more than he requested originally so our service & communication should have been impeccable.

I'm a local boy born in Weatherford and raised in S. Arlington. I started my journey by pushing a mower for a family friend who owned a landscape maintenance company here in South Arlington. This opportunity ignited my imagination and desire to create beautiful outdoor spaces as he expanded his business into landscape design and irrigation. Witnessing the transformation of yards into stunning areas fueled my dedication to this work. He was a wonderful mentor who shared his endless knowledge with me. He was a licensed nurseryman and licensed to apply herbicides and pesticides, and taught me to care for clients' properties with the same, if not better, results as the big companies. "It's about caring, not the money." He ingrained that in my head. With great care, the money will come. He finished his career as a solo owner-operator and was able to retire quite comfortably, which has driven me to follow in his footsteps here in Arlington.
