I live in a duplex and we share a lawn (the total size = one small lawn). I need the entire lawn cut. Front, back, and very small side cutting.

Front yard has a fence with a standard gate. Back yard has a wide gate for larger equipment. This is a big job - recently divorced and it’s been a month since last mowed.

It's a very small yard. I do it front and back in under an hour with a manual drum mower. That's all I have for equipment. You'd be better off with your own equipment.

This is for lot #a (the house on the right). The gate to the back yard doesn't have a lock so you can just walk on back. Would it be possible to trim the branches that are hanging over our fence?

Front yard cuts off on each fence line, so you cut on the other side of my driveway as well. The back yard is a small opening so that has to be with a push mower, but front yard can be a rider.
