They cancelled today's appt stating if they didn't get to my place by 5pm they would get a low rating from GreenPal. Then we're questioning what I wanted done. I shared a screenshot of my details, and she then said it's $75 vs the $50 quote shown. She cancelled two weeks before saying it wasn't long enough. Now my yard is overgrown. I am extremely upset.
